This regional history museum is located in the heart of downtown Springdale.
This museum teaches about the Civil War life in the Ozarks, baptism, music
harvesting and not to mention clearing up the whole "hillbilly stereotype" that
seem to haunt the people of the Ozarks.

Art Center of the Ozarks

Travelers may wander through some of
Northwest Arkansas' beautiful countryside by heading east on Scenic
Highway 12 or northeast on Scenic Highway 62. Take a tour around Beaver
Lake and view the beautiful Ozarks.
The Center of Recreation - The Jones Center for Families
This is a non-profit facility, in Springdale, that was created solely to help families
and the community. The center does so by providing entertainment
for the family almost always at no charge. The Jones Center provides the public
with a computer center, TV studio, auditorium, 3000 square foot pool, ice rink and

This beautiful community is the site of Arkansas' largest arts and crafts
show. The show is filled with hand-crafted items from Arkansas, Oklahoma,
Kansas, and Missouri. The small settlement is nestled on one of the area's
most pristine natural rivers, War Eagle. The river is spanned by an old
bridge now on the Historic Register. The bridge is located 7 miles north
on 303 from the intersection of US 412. Directions can be found by
War Eagle Site.
War Eagle Mill
War Eagle Mill has a working, water-powered grist mill. A restaurant and
gift shop offer fourteen whole grain flours and meals made on-site. The
mill is located thirteen miles east of Rogers on Country Road 98 off
Scenic Highway 12.
War Eagle Cavern
War Eagle Cavern was opened to the public in 1978. This is one of the
most recent show caverns developed in the nation. The cavern is noted for
its spectacular natural entrance. Daily educational tours are offered.
Location: On State Hwy 12, about midway between Eureka Springs and Rogers.
